We will do our best to be on time for your appointment and ask for you to do the same. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule. If you know you are running late, please call us.
If you have a scheduled appointment and fail to show up or give 24 hours notice of cancelling the appointment, you may be required to pay a small nominal fee. This fee is not covered by your insurance. Please make every effort to keep your appointment.
